Informal Grandfamilies/Kinship Support Resource Services Available!
UPDATE:
We are excited to announce that in partnership with Allegheny County DHS/ Office of Area Agency on Aging, we are launching our Informal Grandfamilies/ Kinship Caregiver Support Services.
Through this endeavor, kinship caregivers, who are outside of the child welfare system, and who meet the criteria, as outlined on the flyer below, will have an opportunity to receive a “one-time” financial stipend to care for their kin.
We are so incredibly grateful to the leadership at DHS/AAA for entrusting ASCI to support all Allegheny County seniors caring for their kin in this manner.
