Taylor McDaniel is the Senior Executive Assistant to Dr. Sharon McDaniel and a valued member of the High Impact Unit, where she plays a key role in working with high-risk youth. In this position, Taylor provides individualized support to help youth set and achieve meaningful life goals, fostering growth, stability, and personal accountability. In addition to her work with the unit, she also contributes to several permanency-related initiatives across the organization, ensuring that youth have the support and guidance needed as they prepare for long-term success.

Taylor began her career in child welfare in 2009 as an Intake Worker. Over the years, her unwavering commitment, strong work ethic, and natural leadership have propelled her into increasingly impactful roles, allowing her to steadily rise through the ranks. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Carlow University and continues to lead with compassion and integrity. Her ultimate goal is to empower youth to become the best version of themselves before transitioning into adulthood and navigating the real-world challenges ahead.
