ASCI’s Philadelphia Office Spreads Holiday Cheer to Kinship Kids
At ASCI, we know that not all families can afford gifts during the holiday season. It can be particularly difficult for kinship caregivers, who are typically unprepared when they are asked to take on a kinship child. So, we make it a little easier each year.
Dozens of gifts have been donated for ASCI children of all ages in Philadelphia. We also raised $1,119 in order to buy even more gifts for the children!
This week, staff in our Philadelphia office had a gift-wrapping party to prepare the gifts for delivery to our kinship families through Monday, December 23.
Special thanks to all those who donated gifts, money and/or time to make sure our kinship families can celebrate a happy holiday!
