We’re excited to introduce the C.A.R.E.S. Teen Empowerment Support Group Series — a dynamic 8-week experience designed to help teens RISE Up: Resilient, Inspired, Strong, and Empowered.
This isn’t just another program. It’s a supportive space where teens ages 10–18 can build confidence, make meaningful connections, and develop the tools to face life’s challenges with strength and self-assurance. Whether your teen is navigating big emotions, feeling alone, or simply wants a group of supportive peers, this is for them!
Why Should Teens Join?
This group is all about personal growth, meaningful conversations, and fun. Each weekly session is led by trained professionals who are trauma-informed and culturally responsive. That means your teen is in safe, capable hands.
Here’s what to expect:
- 8 weeks of powerful group sessions
- Small, supportive groups (only 8–12 teens per group!)
- A chance to make real friendships
- Fun while learning real-life skills like resilience, emotional regulation, and communication
- A safe space to talk about the real stuff—from identity and stress to school pressures and relationships

- Who? Teens ages 10–18 (Groups split into 10–13 and 14–18)
