Allegheny Link Offers Housing Stabilization Program in Penn Hills
In an effort to help residents of the municipality of Penn Hills maintain stability during the COVID-19 pandemic, the neighborhood has partnered with housing assistance providers to administer the COVID-19 Housing Stabilization Program, available through Allegheny Link.
The Housing Stabilization Program (HSP) provides mortgage and rental assistance and foreclosure prevention counseling to residents who are affected by the outbreak because their work hours were cut and/or they are unable to work given the many circumstances associated with preserving public health and community safety during this time.
