The Pennsylvania Permanency Conference celebrates the many ways families and professionals in the child welfare system support one another and work together to achieve permanent connections for all children and youth. Each year, a special person(s) is chosen for their outstanding achievements in promoting permanency.
If you know someone who does great work in achieving permanency for children in the child welfare system or an exceptional adoptive, formal kinship care or permanent legal custodianship family, say thank you to these dedicated people by nominating them for recognition. Categories include:
