Get Active Indoors: National Minority Health Month

Everyone needs physical activity to stay healthy, which is difficult at the moment thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. April is National Minority Health Month, and we encourage all our families to watch their food intake, get active indoors and get regular health check-ups.

  • Boost your mood;
  • Sharpen your focus;
  • Reduce your stress;
  • And improve your sleep.
