A bill to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to publish guidance for states on strategies for maternal care providers participating in the Medicaid program to reduce maternal mortality and severe morbidity with respect to individuals receiving medical assistance under such program.

A bill to prohibit the use of corporal punishment in schools, and for other purposes.

Floor Action: 

S. 3325: PARENTS Act of 2020

A bill to amend Part D of Title IV of the Social Security Act to allow states to use incentive payments available under the Child Support Enforcement program to improve parent-child relationships, increase child support collections and improve outcomes for children by supporting parenting time agreements for noncustodial parents in uncontested agreements, and for other purposes.

Last Action: This bill passed in the Senate on December 8, 2020, and goes to the House next for consideration. Passed Senate without amendment by Voice Vote.
