Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Offers Hotspot Lending Program

Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh (CLP) is offering a hotspot lending program for remote learners in Allegheny County! After providing some general information to determine eligibility, adult learners, teachers and the parents, guardians or caregivers of PreK-12 students will be able to pick up a hotspot at a CLP branch location and borrow it through June 2021. There is no fee to participate, no fines will be collected for overdue devices, and a library card is not required.

Call CLP today at 412-622-3114 or visit their website to see if you’re eligible!

Here are the links available to Library card holders and provides free live online tutoring for grades K-12. You can sign up for a free Library card online.

Another service that Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh offers for children and teens are Grab and Go kits, which are available at all locations. For more information, email Kristin Morgan at morgank@carnegielibrary.org or Kelly Rottmund at rottmundk@carnegielibrary.org.
