Victoria has been working for A Second Chance, Inc. since 2016. She has held several positions at ASCI, including a POC caseworker, a POC casework supervisor and assistant director for the Red Flag department.
Prior to joining ASCI, Lynch was an oncology and neurology nursing assistant at an area hospital. She has served on multiple medical mission trips around the world, including to Haiti, Guatemala and Puerto Rico.
Lynch earned her bachelor’s degree in human biology with a minor in immunology from Chatham University and currently attends Fordham University where she will obtain her MSW in the fall of 2021. She also holds a credential for Strengths-Based Family Works (SFW) from Temple University.
In her leisure time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling and shopping.
As a former youth in foster care, Victoria is passionate about all children being in safe and stable environments, and promoting normalcy and permanency.
