Director I of Systems Improvement
Pittsburgh Corporate Office: (412) 342-0600
Talisa Morton rejoined ASCI in 2020 as a Fiscal/Data Analyst II before being promoted to her current role. Talisa previously worked at ASCI between 2002-2007 as Director of Salon Operations, an executive assistant and a fiscal administrator. Also during her previous tenure, Talisa was instrumental in developing A Second Glance Salon and Spa and the Mark A. Cleveland Leadership & Development Academy.
Talisa has worked in the nonprofit sector for more than 20 years servicing communities and families. Beginning as a caseworker and SWAN writer, she is passionate about strengthening families within her community. Talisa has worked with and for organizations with a shared passion (e.g., the Rehab Institute-Project Star, Operation Nehemiah, the American Cancer Society and the 100 Black Men of Western PA).
Talisa attended the University of Pittsburgh and Carlow University focusing on a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
She is now focused on advocating for families through data-driven changes needed in policy and service practice and delivery.
