Melissa Brock is a trusted communications professional with more than 20 years of experience across industries including broadcast television, government, and the nonprofit sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree from Point Park University.

Melissa began her career with CBS Pittsburgh/KDKA-TV where she spent many years producing commercials, public service announcements, and working on countless nonprofit and community engagement projects. Those projects ignited her passion for working with nonprofit organizations.

In her role, Melissa will oversee internal and external communications efforts. She is incredibly proud to join A Second Chance, Inc., an organization with a truly powerful and inspiring mission, and considers it an honor to help amplify the transformative work that uplifts children and strengthens families.
