Bryan Ulishney is currently the Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Organizational Operations at A Second Chance, Inc. (ASCI).  He graduated from Saint Vincent College with a Bachelor in Accounting, obtained an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business, and is a licensed Pennsylvania certified Public Accountant.

In 1995, Mr. Ulishney joined ASCI as their first in-house fiscal manager.  He brought experience as an auditor from a then “big-8” accounting firm and as an Assistant Controller for seven years at a private Educational Institution.  His initial role was to bring the accounting function in-house and then fully develop the accounting department, establishing policies and procedures, budgeting and review processes, cash management protocols, internal controls and other related accounting functions.

As the organization quickly grew and changed, he continually accepted new roles and responsibilities, which has led him to his current leadership position.  In addition to his accounting and financial role, he is also responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the following operational departments: Employee Relations, Management of Information Systems, General Services/Facility Management, Secretarial Support and TECD and Quality Improvement.  In sum, he and his team members are responsible for all operational functions of the organization, ensuring that all program departments have the necessary tools and infrastructure to accomplish the organization’s mission.
