NEW-TO-YOU CLOTHING BANK

A Second Chance, Inc. makes available to clients and community members our New-To-You Clothing Bank!  The Clothing Bank contains both new and gently-used clothing and some general household items that are available to clients and community members in need free of charge.

If you are in need of such items, we encourage you to avail yourself and family to this free service. The location, hours and contact information is listed below.

• The New-To-You Clothing Bank is located in rear of the Penn Hills Plaza at 11614 Frankstown Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15235.  The plaza is adjacent to the McDonalds that is also located on Frankstown Avenue.

• The hours of operation are as follows:  
  • Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (by appointment) 
  • Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – no appointment needed and community members are welcome during this time
