In recognition of the holidays, A Second Chance, Inc., will be distributing toys to the children it serves.   A Second Chance, Inc in sponsorship support from UPMC Health Plan, Community Care Behavioral Health, Upscale Enterprises, Inc., individual staff members of A Second Chance, Inc. and friends from the community have made certain that over 800 disadvantaged children are able to have a gift under the tree this Christmas.
