 Transportation Case Assistant

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Associate Degree required; or Bachelor’s degree in a child related or social services field

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Or three years of experience in working with children

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

Act 33 and Police Clearances, valid driver’s license, registered and insured vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist A Second Chance, Inc. with the transportation of children serviced by the programs to medical and family visitation appointments;

• Deliver and pick-up documents as required;

• Assist programs with various tasks including but not limited to substitute caregiver visits, and placement visits, as needed;

• Assist in the preparation of case records; and

Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

* Registered and insured vehicle

* Certificate of Insurance

* Current Act 33, Police Clearances and FBI Clearances

* City/County travel
