Program Development – focus is two-fold first, to enhance the skill set of Practitioners by offering an array of trainings that address the demands of working with kinship families, secondly to provide access to experts in the field of organizational development and program assessments to pinpoint the issues pertinent to a programs success.

Leadership Development – focus is to offer a variety of training options that target the executive and Management Teams of an organization. Trainings can be designed to meet specific program goals or staff needs
